A plain account of what we collect on this site and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you use the form on our contact page, we collect what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email, your company, your company website, your job title and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include.
Why we collect it
We use these details for one purpose: to answer your request. That may include preparing the first meeting map you asked for and writing back to you about it. We do not use your details for anything you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months so we have a record of the conversation, and then we delete them.
Who sees it
Your details are seen only by the people at Fintech Meetings who handle your request. We do not sell your information, rent it or trade it with anyone.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. We do not track your visit, build a profile of you, or follow you around the web.
Asking us to delete your details
You can ask us to delete what we hold about you at any time. Write to lydia.blevins@fintechmeetings.co, or send the request through the form on our contact page. We will confirm once it is done. If you would simply like us to stop contacting you, reply with the word stop and we will.
Changes
If we change how we handle your details, we will update this notice on this page.
